Ingredients:
4-6 medium to large potatoes
Milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
2-3 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. parsley
Dice potatoes into cubes so that they will boil quickly and boil until tender. Drain potatoes, add milk until at desired texture, and beat. Add butter, salt, garlic salt, sour cream, cream cheese, chopped onion, and parsley. Mix well and place in glass casserole dish. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
These may be about the worst potatoes in the world for you, health-wise; they are also the most delicious.

How did you get a Mrs. Krehbiel recipe?
Somehow my mom got her hands on it. Don't ask me how!
Do you shred the potatoes for this, or do you slice them?
I would slice them or dice them into small enough cubes so that they will boil quickly. Boil them until they are tender and ready to be beaten into mashed potatoes. Sorry...that was kinda vague in the recipe. I'll tweak it!
